Participation conditions:
- Reach or confirm the 1 CARAT rank (or another, if otherwise specified by VILAVI)
- The company pays for the training program (guest speakers and trainers)
- Participants pay for their own accommodation, meals, and transportation costs. Please note that participants also pay an organizational fee.
