1. Golden Section (hereinafter GS) — an off-site VILAVI event for company representatives who have reached the rank and qualification of 1 CARAT and above. The event is educational in nature.
- GS participants are company representatives who have achieved the 1 CARAT qualification or higher and met the promotion requirements to attend the event. All terms and conditions are published on the Company's website.
- GS participants are responsible for their own airfare, accommodation, and any registration fees if the company decides to implement them.
- If GS is held before Vilavi Go, GS participants are required to take part in Vilavi Go. In the event of a refusal to participate in VG, the Company reserves the right to deny the partner participation in GS.
- Important! For family representative agreements, both representatives can only participate in the GS event if the family agreement was established before the event promotion was announced.
2. Crystal Dream (hereinafter referred to as the CD event) — an off-site VILAVI event featuring company representatives — specifically those who have achieved the rank and qualification of "CRYSTAL" and above within the number of periods specified by the Company.
- CD Participants are company representatives who have achieved the rank and qualification of "CRYSTAL" and above within the timeframe set by the company, or who have fulfilled the promotion conditions for participating in the company event.
- If the GS event is held immediately after CD, CD participants are required to participate in GS. In case of refusal to participate in GS, the Company reserves the right to deny the partner participation in CD.
- For CD participants, VILAVI pays for hotel accommodation, as well as transfers according to the program and the CRYSTAL DREAM program itself.
- Important! For family representative agreements, participation in the CD event by both representatives is only possible if the family agreement was created before the event promo was announced.
3. VILAVI CAMP (hereinafter the VC event) — an off-site VILAVI event for company representatives with a rank of 3 Carat and above who have met the participation conditions set by VILAVI. The event is educational in nature.
- VC participants are company representatives who have reached the 3 CARAT rank or higher and have met the promotion requirements to participate in the company event during the period set by the company. All terms are published on the Company's website. The Company reserves the right to set the conditions for participation in the VC event.
- VC participants pay for their own flights and transfers to the venue. VILAVI pays for the VILAVI CAMP program. Accommodation payment terms are specified in the event promotion, based on the fulfillment of participation requirements.
- Important! For family representative agreements, participation in the VC event by both representatives is only possible if the family agreement was created before the event promotion was announced.
4. Bon Voyage (hereinafter referred to as the BV event) — an off-site VILAVI event for company representatives — specifically those who have achieved the rank and qualification of "SAPPHIRE" and above during the period established by VILAVI.
- BV participants are company representatives who have achieved the rank and qualification of "SAPPHIRE" or higher within the timeframe specified by the company, or who have fulfilled the promotion conditions for participating in a company event. Travel from a departure point designated by the company, accommodation, and the program are fully paid for participants by VILAVI.
- If a BV participant systematically (more than 3 times in a row) refuses trips within the framework of GS, CD, and VC, the company reserves the right to deny the partner participation in BV in the future.
- For BV participants, the Company pays for the flight from a departure point specified by the company, accommodation, and the program. If a participant has additional requests during the event, they are responsible for those expenses themselves.
- Important! For family representative agreements, both representatives can participate in the BV event only if the family agreement was created before the event promotion was announced.
5. General Provisions and Event ProgramTravel conditions for GS, CD, VC, and BV, as well as the program, are determined by the company and coordinated with the President.
The Marketing Department, together with the Company President, determines the country and the event program.
- The country and program are determined at least 2 months before the event. Only the company President can make changes.
- The location for GS, CD, VC, and BV may change no later* than 1 month before the event takes place.
*The location may be changed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (epidemiological situation, political and economic situation).The program is published on all company resources: the website and official social media accounts.
- Only the company President can make changes to the Event Program.
- The program may be changed due to budget adjustments or other force majeure events beyond the organizers' control.
6. Ticket refunds and other conditionsIf a GS participant has a purchased ticket for an event and cannot attend for a valid reason, they have the right to notify the company no later than 3 business days before the event starts and receive a 100% refund of the internal event ticket cost (or organizational fee).
- If a partner cancels their participation in company-paid events (CD, VC, and BV) after the booking and airfare have been paid, the Company reserves the right to impose restrictions on the partner's participation in future paid events:
- To participate in the next event where the Company covers accommodation and flights, this partner will need to pay for both accommodation and flights themselves. After participating in the event, the funds spent will be reimbursed to the partner.
7. Requirements for event participants- The participant is required to attend the activities organized by the Company as part of GS, CD, BV, and VG.
- If you miss pre-announced activities during an event, you'll need to pay for the program and its activities yourself for the next event where the Company covers the costs. Once you've participated in that event, your expenses will be reimbursed.
- Participants must follow moral and ethical standards of behavior.
- Participation in company events involves mandatory photo and video recording. Photo and video materials are published without requiring additional consent from the participant.
8. Company Obligations- The company commits to informing all company partners about an event at least 2 months in advance through official channels: social media, the website, and the Personal Account.
- The company commits to providing information regarding the date and time of the event, the start of ticket sales, their cost, and any additional conditions.
- The company commits to providing information about the event venue and any restrictions during the event (if any).
