It's very important to give your client your link or promo code, because they won't be able to place an order without their sponsor's details.
In the representative's Personal Account, there is a "Clients" section where you can:
- specify the maximum amount of shipping compensation for the client (covered by the Client Bonus from the order)
- view your list of clients, as well as full information about them: contacts and order history.
The volume of customer purchases is included in the representative's Personal Volume. Customer purchases can be used to fulfill cumulative or bonus activity, allowing you to receive bonuses according to the Marketing Plan.
Customer order volumes are also counted toward the Gift Account promotion.
A customer can only place an order if the sponsor's account has been activated. If you haven't made your starter purchase yet, customers won't be able to place orders under you.
Important!After registering, a customer needs to make a purchase within 60 days. If no purchase is made within this period, they will need to enter a sponsor's promo code again or use an active partner's referral link when placing their next order.
