The VILAVI compensation plan combines different types of marketing plans.
From the very beginning of your journey with VILAVI, as a representative, you start building a classic tree. You sign people up (this is your first line); they, in turn, sign up new people (second line), and so on.
Classic Tree (CT) — a structure consisting of an unlimited number of branches, personally sponsored representatives, and their personally sponsored representatives - to infinity. The classic tree consists of real representatives rather than business centers.

4. Start Bonus
Start Bonus - this is the reward you receive from the initial purchase of every representative in your first line.
The amount of the Start Bonus depends on your contract status and the status of the contract your new representative activates.
IMPORTANT! The Start Bonus based on the results of the billing period is paid only if you have confirmed your cumulative activity during that period.
Volumes from the start purchase are not included when calculating the Cumulative Bonus
Example: Your status is "Business". Your first-line representative activated a "Startup" contract and made a Start Purchase of 400 PV.
Your bonus amount will be: 400 PV * 20% = 80 c.u.
The amount of the Start Bonus depends on your contract status and the status of the contract your new representative activates.
IMPORTANT! The Start Bonus based on the results of the billing period is paid only if you have confirmed your cumulative activity during that period.

5. Business Entry Types

After making an initial purchase at the "Basic" or "StartUP" entry level, you can change your status from "Basic" to "StartUP" at any time by reaching a total personal volume of at least 150 PV during a period. You can upgrade to "Business" status once your total personal purchases for the billing period reach 500 PV or more.
Please note that bonus activity for two billing periods is only granted with an initial purchase of 500 PV or more. In the case of a contract upgrade to "Business" status from "Basic" or "StartUP", activity is only granted for the billing period in which the upgrade was completed.

UPGRADE

6. Initial Purchase
Entering the business with VILAVI
To become a VILAVI representative, you need to register on the website www.vilavi.com and make a Starter Purchase corresponding to your chosen business entry type.
You can make your Starter Purchase in the Shop within your Representative Personal Account.
Payment for purchases in your Personal Account is made online via Volet.com, PayPal, or by bank card (Visa/MasterCard or MIR).
To become a VILAVI representative, you need to register on the website www.vilavi.com and make a Starter Purchase corresponding to your chosen business entry type.
You can make your Starter Purchase in the Shop within your Representative Personal Account.
Payment for purchases in your Personal Account is made online via Volet.com, PayPal, or by bank card (Visa/MasterCard or MIR).
7. Mentor Bonus
The Mentor Bonus for your partners' purchases of 50 PV or more depends on your contract status ("Business", "Startup", or "Basic"). The higher your contract status, the greater the reward, as the bonus is paid out up to the 3rd generation.
If the purchase volume of your first-line partner is between 25 PV and 49.99 PV, you are credited with a Mentor Bonus of 10 c.u. Your contract status does not affect the amount of this payout.
8. Client Bonus
When your clients purchase VILAVI products, you receive a reward once you reach a total personal purchase volume of 50 PV or more in the billing period.
You can see the exact amount of the Client Bonus for each VILAVI product in your Personal Account under the "Shop" section.
Important! The Client Bonus is only calculated from client purchases, minus the client cashback.
For example: a representative's volume from their personal purchases in a period is 40 PV, and a client purchase is 10 PV.
Based on the results of the calculation period, the partner will be credited a Customer Bonus from 10 PV, minus the customer's cashback.
The Customer Bonus will be credited immediately upon reaching 100 PV of personal volume or after the end of the calculation period.
Example: Your customer buys a T8 EXTRA 90% product. The cashback for this customer is 5%.
Let's calculate the size of your Customer Bonus:
1. The cost of the T8 EXTRA 90% product for the customer is 4790 rubles.
2. The customer will receive a cashback for it in the amount of 4790*5%=239.5 rubles.
3. For the T8 EXTRA 90% product, a Customer Bonus of 1000 rubles is set.
4. You will be credited a Customer Bonus in the amount of: 1000-239.5 = 760.5 rubles.
The amount of the Customer Bonus for each product is specified in the Representative's Personal Account.
You can see the exact amount of the Client Bonus for each VILAVI product in your Personal Account under the "Shop" section.
Important! The Client Bonus is only calculated from client purchases, minus the client cashback.
For example: a representative's volume from their personal purchases in a period is 40 PV, and a client purchase is 10 PV.
Based on the results of the calculation period, the partner will be credited a Customer Bonus from 10 PV, minus the customer's cashback.
The Customer Bonus will be credited immediately upon reaching 100 PV of personal volume or after the end of the calculation period.
Example: Your customer buys a T8 EXTRA 90% product. The cashback for this customer is 5%.
Let's calculate the size of your Customer Bonus:
1. The cost of the T8 EXTRA 90% product for the customer is 4790 rubles.
2. The customer will receive a cashback for it in the amount of 4790*5%=239.5 rubles.
3. For the T8 EXTRA 90% product, a Customer Bonus of 1000 rubles is set.
4. You will be credited a Customer Bonus in the amount of: 1000-239.5 = 760.5 rubles.
The amount of the Customer Bonus for each product is specified in the Representative's Personal Account.
9. Cumulative Bonus
Cumulative Bonus is a reward that you can receive for your personal volume and for the purchases made by your personal group.

You receive a fixed bonus from every personal purchase, except for the starter one.
The size of the bonus depends on your rank. For example, if your rank is SILVER, you receive an 8% bonus on your personal purchases. If your rank is 1 CARAT or higher, you receive a 21% bonus.

- The cumulative bonus based on the results of the calculation period is paid only if you have confirmed your bonus or cumulative activity during that period.
- Volumes from starter purchases are not included when calculating the Cumulative Bonus.
Cumulative Bonus from personal volume
You receive a fixed bonus from every personal purchase, except for the starter one.
The size of the bonus depends on your rank. For example, if your rank is SILVER, you receive an 8% bonus on your personal purchases. If your rank is 1 CARAT or higher, you receive a 21% bonus.
Accumulative bonus from personal group purchases
From the purchases of a representative in your personal group, you receive a bonus in the form of the difference between your first-line representative's rank and your own rank. The accumulative bonus is credited for every purchase, except for the starter purchase.

The next 500 PV required to reach the Silver qualification are calculated based on the Bronze qualification. And so on. The volume of your starter purchase is not included in the bonus calculation, but it is taken into account in the step-by-step calculation of the bonus from personal purchases.
For example: your personal volume in the first period is 800 PV, of
which 600 PV is the starter purchase volume and 200 PV is the volume of a subsequent purchase. Your group volume is 1600 GPV. Total 2400
GPV.
When the period is calculated, your qualification will change from Representative to Gold.
First, the Cumulative Bonus from Personal Volume will be calculated (Fig. 1)

When the period is calculated, your qualification will change from Representative to Gold.

Total 40 c.u. Cumulative Bonus from Group Volume.
You start the next period with Gold qualification and an accumulated volume of 2400 GPV. This is the basis for calculating the stages when accruing the cumulative bonus from PV (Fig. 2).
For example, if your purchase volume in the next period is 700 PV, you will receive a 14% cumulative bonus from 600 PV and 21% from 100 PV.
When calculating it, the volumes of starting purchases of your personal group at all depths are not taken into account.
For example, you have two representatives in your first line.
One representative in the Bronze qualification with a group volume of 600 GPV, of which 500 PV is their starter purchase and 100 PV is a subsequent purchase. Once you reach the 1 CARAT qualification, in the next period and beyond, the cumulative bonus from your Personal Volume (PV) will always be calculated based on your current qualification (rather than in stages).
10. Development Bonus
The Development Bonus is paid to representatives who hold the 3 CARAT qualification or higher. It amounts to 5% of the Group Qualification Volume (GPV) for the current month.
The more active your organization is, the more bonuses its sponsor receives at the 3 CARAT qualification and above.
Important: when calculating the bonus, the starter volumes of your personal group are not included, nor is the group volume of those representatives in your group who hold the 3 CARAT qualification or higher.

11. Sponsor Bonus
Once you reach the CRYSTAL rank, you can start receiving the Sponsor Bonus.
The Sponsor Bonus is up to 50% of the Binary Bonus earned by representatives in your personal group who hold the 1 CARAT qualification or higher, up to 7 generations deep (depending on your own qualification).
You can receive the Sponsor Bonus based on the results of the calculation period, provided all necessary conditions are met.
Important! If a representative has 3 or 4 Business Centers, their sponsor receives the Sponsor Bonus from the Business Center that generated the maximum Binary Bonus.

12. Business Centers
A representative's position within the binary tree is called a Business Center.
Upon reaching the CRYSTAL rank, a representative receives two additional business centers.
Upon reaching the BLACK DIAMOND STAR rank, a representative receives an additional fourth business center.
Rule for placing business centers: the second business center is placed above the first, the third is placed in an open direction of the second business center. The fourth business center is located above the top business center.
Spillover
An upline sponsor can place business centers of representatives from their personal group into a representative's binary tree. Such business centers are called spillover centers.
The binary volume generated in such a business center is taken into account when calculating the binary bonus; however, the sponsor bonus from this volume is paid to the direct sponsor.
Upon reaching the CRYSTAL rank, a representative receives two additional business centers.
Upon reaching the BLACK DIAMOND STAR rank, a representative receives an additional fourth business center.
Rule for placing business centers: the second business center is placed above the first, the third is placed in an open direction of the second business center. The fourth business center is located above the top business center.
Spillover
An upline sponsor can place business centers of representatives from their personal group into a representative's binary tree. Such business centers are called spillover centers.
The binary volume generated in such a business center is taken into account when calculating the binary bonus; however, the sponsor bonus from this volume is paid to the direct sponsor.
13. Business Centers
The representative's placement locations in the sponsor's binary tree are called Business Centers of this representative. From here, they begin to build their binary tree. Upon reaching the CRYSTAL rank, the representative receives two additional business centers. Upon reaching the BLACK DIAMOND STAR rank, the representative receives an additional fourth business center. Rule for placing business centers: the second business center is placed above the first, the third — in the free direction of the second business center. The fourth business center is located above the top business center.
14. Qualification requirements
The VILAVI business is built on simple and transparent rules.
The indicator of your business success is your qualification and the club you are in.
There are 4 clubs in the VILAVI business: PREMIER CLUB, GOLD CLUB, CRYSTAL CLUB, and DIAMOND CLUB.
With each higher qualification and transition to a new club, you receive new bonuses and privileges.
To achieve a qualification you need to fulfill the qualification requirements in the current billing period. To achieve a qualification higher than 1 CARAT, you must have confirmed bonus activity.
Your qualification can go up or down monthly depending on your activity. The bonuses credited in the billing period depend on your qualification.
To achieve a rank you need to maintain the corresponding qualification for several settlement periods, and to close a rank of 1 CARAT and above, you must also have confirmed bonus activity.
A rank cannot be lowered. It is a step on the VILAVI career ladder, an indicator of your membership in a specific VILAVI club.
With each new rank, you will climb higher and higher!

A small fee for technical support of your personal electronic office will be deducted from your account every month.
The deduction will happen automatically during the calculation and accrual of bonuses, and the amount will depend on your check:
from 50 to 100 c.u. – 2 c.u.
from 100 to 500 c.u. – 5 c.u.
from 500 to 1000 c.u. – 15 c.u.
from 1000 c.u. and above – 20 c.u.
